Amorgos Festivities 2008 start on July 20th.

  • ARRIBA: Circus is when dust turns into stardust

    Acrobatic dance show with the Argentinean acrobat Camilo Bentancor and his company And yet, it moves.

  • IN THE SHADOW OF KARAGIOZIS

    Exhibition of the Shadow Theatre character. Tribute to Karagkiozis-player from Amorgos, K. Gerakis.
    Opening on 24th July.
    The exhibition will remain open till August 20th at the Primary School of Chora.
  • IRISTHO EN PARODO

    "Iristho en Parodo" are made up of six musicians. What they propose musically is based on their own instrumental compositions and arrangements from a carefully selected repertoire that covers a wide musical spectrum from jazz standards, traditional melodies and compositions of contemporary musicians, with a multitude of influences and a strong improvisational mood.
